- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
- Certain items, such as custom or special orders, sale items, or gift cards, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@ledprestige.com within 3 days of receiving your item.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Our team will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For returns due to other reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. LED Prestige is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post it to your account.
5. Exchanges

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or suggest a similar product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

- Opened or used items that are not in resellable condition
